Ballistics Club is provided by Aaron Cross trading as Veeprox (ABN 73 855 231 595) (“Veeprox”, “we”). This policy explains what personal information the service holds, why, and how it’s looked after. We handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Account information — your name, email address and sign-in details, created when you or your club’s administrator sets up your account.
- Member records your club loads — clubs use the service to manage their membership, so a club may store its members’ names, contact details, dates of birth, emergency contacts, licensing and compliance details, and attendance and activity records. Your club decides what it loads; Veeprox holds this information on the club’s behalf.
- Usage information — routine technical logs (such as sign-in events and errors) that we use to keep the service secure and working.
Why we hold it
Only to provide the service: managing club membership, events, attendance and compliance records, and supporting the clubs that use it. We don’t sell personal information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers we rely on to run Ballistics Club (such as our cloud hosting provider).
Where it’s stored
The service and its data are hosted in Australia.
How it’s protected
Information is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to your club’s authorised users (and to Veeprox where needed to operate and support the service), and we keep regular backups. If a data breach occurs that’s likely to result in serious harm, we will notify the affected club and individuals promptly.
Access and correction
Most information in the service is managed by your club — to access or correct your member record, start with your club’s administrator. You can also contact us directly at aaron@veeprox.com and we’ll help, including correcting account information we hold.
Retention
Your club’s information stays in the service while the club uses it. If a club stops using the service, its information is exported to the club and deleted from the service within 30 days.
